For HKPFS candidates (scholarship at 27XXX HKD per month), we need the candidates to have very high CGA/GPA from top universities for both undergraduate and master studies (if you are doing a master’s degree). Please send an email to mitch with the email title starting with HKPFS and your name.

For regular PhD applications (scholarship at 18760 HKD per month), we prefer candidates who have strong interests and experiences in the area of food engineering, such as Nanchang University, Jiangnan University, and South China University of Technology. At least you can cook and bake well. Please send an email to mitch with the email title starting with “PhD application in foodtech” and your name.

For local and international students, we might only consider MPhil admissions first and then another 3-year PhD. (In a total of 2+3 years)

There is no opening for RA or postdoc.
