For MPhil applicants: Candidates with excellent interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial mindset are encouraged to apply. Degree with business backgrounds in top universities who would be willilng to learn technical skills are also welcome. 

For PhD applicants: Candidates with a master’s degree and a strong academic/research track record are encouraged to apply.
