Mitch holds a B.Sc. in Condensed Matter Physics from Nanjing University and a Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Hong Kong. He is an Associate Professor at the Division of Integrative Systems and Design and the Department of Electronic and Computer Engineering at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. His work has been published in prestigious international journals, such as Advanced Materials, Advanced Functional Materials,  Advanced Science, ACS Nano, and Nature Communications.
